What I Offer

Psychodynamic therapy effectively addresses issues such as depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. You may have experienced a recent life stressor, such as a significant loss or relationship breakdown or you may be navigating a particularly difficult period of transition. Or perhaps you are feeling trapped or weighed down by a general sense of dissatisfaction, loneliness, or unease. Whatever it is, psychodynamic therapy can act as a catalyst for lasting and meaningful change and repair.

I offer sessions in-person, online and over the telephone. I work primarily in an open-ended way which allows for deeper exploration. However, I can also offer time-limited therapy which tends to be more structured and problem-focussed.


I have worked with clients of a variety of ages and from a broad range of backgrounds and cultures. I am committed to working with curiosity and care, in confidence and without judgement and in a calm and collaborative environment.
