Getting Started

Choosing the right therapist is important and reaching out can feel daunting. I offer an introductory, obligation-free telephone call to see how I might be of help to you. To arrange one click here


The next step is to arrange a 90-minute initial consultation. This is an opportunity for us to meet and for you to ask any questions you may have. It will also give me the chance to hear more about you and your history as well as what has been troubling you.


We will then come to a decision, based on your individual needs and circumstances, on whether we think we would work well together and if open-ended or time-limited therapy would be best suited to you. At this point, we will also agree to a regular session time.
